Wisdom and Happiness

The University of Rochester found that wisdom is associated with better physical and mental health, happiness, and life satisfaction.  The findings showed that ” wiser ” participants had better physical health and were more likely to be happier and more satisfied with their lives. The study also found that wisdom was associated with a lower risk of depression and anxiety.
