Adding just one cup of celery juice to your already healthy diet provides many benefits. Celery is also low in sugar and contains mostly water so it will help you stay hydrate. Another benefit of celery juice is that it contains two beneficial antioxidants apigenin and luteolin which help reduce inflammation in the body. Celery Juice


1 large bunch of organic celery


Method 1:

  1. Cut of the base and separate the stalks
  2. Wash and dry the celery stalks
  3. Feed the celery through a juicer
  4. For the best benefit drink juice immediately
  5. You could make extra for the next day but make sure the juice is store in glass jars.

Method 2:

  1. Put all clean celery stalks in a blender and blend it until fairly smooth.
  2. Place a clean nut bag over the large bowl or pitcher and pour the blended celery into the bag.
  3. Use your hands to squeeze the juice until the bag feel fairly dry.
  4. Pour into glasses and drink ASAP
  5. Keep left over juice in glass jars and seal tight before storing in the fridge.
